Who

This site and the tools on it are run by Joeri Minnekeer (Digily), Belgium. Questions or requests about your data: joeri@digily.be.

This website

digily.be uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It sets only the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie and a security token against forged requests. Both disappear when the session ends.

Each post keeps an anonymous view count. No IP address, device or other personal data is stored with it.

The hosting provider (Combell, Belgium) keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting, and deletes them after a limited period.

Digily tracking (Google sign-in)

Digily tracking is an internal tool used by Digily to set up Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console for client websites. Only Digily staff sign in to it with their Google account.

With the permissions granted at sign-in, the tool creates and configures GA4 properties and data streams, Tag Manager containers, tags and versions, and Search Console site verification and sitemaps, in accounts Digily manages. It stores only the resulting identifiers (such as a measurement ID or container ID) in the configuration of the website concerned. It does not read, store or export analytics reports or visitor data.

The sign-in token stays on the Digily staff member's own computer. Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties.

Digily tracking's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove its access at any time in your Google account permissions.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Mail joeri@digily.be. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
